We developed an integrated risk management structure for an investment bank, based on risk assessments. In combination with the risk structure, the process design was also updated and optimised. In the integrated management structure all compliance issues have been clearly and effectively incorporated.
For an insurance company, we coordinated the implementation of a new system in terms of process management. This involved completely reinventing and updating the process design. This process design was then used as the blueprint for overall implementation.
For a major bank, we provided assistance in the Basel II process. We executed a business analysis and process design relating to the development, implementation and optimisation of business operating models.
For a real estate company we conducted a full process analysis leading up to back-office integration. We then supervised and realised the system implementation. This involved introducing a series of process metrics based on the key performance indicators we identified.
